We use FedEx Ground for all our shipping needs. Some of our products are shipped fully assembled, some are shipped ready to assemble.Please see the description area to clarify how it is shipped.
We package everything very snuggly using styrofaom, poly foam, moulded corner blocks and cardboard wraps.
All shipping charges are listed as flat rate charges for anywhere in the 48 states. This charge does include insurance
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in shipment please notify me within 5 days of receiving. Keep all the packing and box, I will handle the return, the claim and will replace the unit or parts at no cost to you as quickly as I can.
